What age is working age?

An older man carries a briefcase and looks in the window of a commercial building. A younger blonde woman carries a large red bag and is wearing a blue suit.Time to ditch the age stereotypes when hiring and retaining workers. Whether a person is young or old has no bearing on their suitability for a postition. Stereotypes and suggested generational clashes created by media stories have not helped employers realise this. Taking an age neutral approach to workplace policy is the answer.
