Free online course

Update July 2022

You can access the starter course, Introduction to Universal Design by choosing Courses – My Courses in the left hand menu of this site.

Introduction to Universal Design is suitable for anyone who has an interest in universal design and inclusive practice. Many people are familiar with the basics, but not everyone understands universal design in the same way. The course covers the classic definition and the 8 goals of universal design as well as stereotyping and diversity. The activities are fun to do and at the end you can print out your certificate of completion. It takes about one hour to complete.

There is more information about housing design and housing design policy in the drop-down menu under Built Environment on the CUDA webpage.
